| Commission staff reviews all proposed legislation. The Significant Bills List is a list of bills the Commission is monitoring in the current session. However, the list is not comprehensive. Many bills have various positions due to subject matter, anticipated future amendments, bill analysis process with the Administration, engagement with legislative staff, and various stakeholder perspectives.
